Please refer to the specific product's page where you will find shipping time estimations. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery. We send all orders tracked. We do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned back to us.

If an order is being sent to countries within Europe, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Rakun has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
