WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Ordering the right size online can sometimes be tricky, but we're here to help! In every product page we include a sizing guide to ensure a good fit. If you prefer a looser look, you can order one size up. Still unsure? Check out the model's height and size information on the product page, or simply contact us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please refer to the specific product's page where you will find shipping time estimations. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery. We send all orders tracked. We do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned back to us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This could be due to a failed delivery or the address you provided was incorrect.

WHY CAN'T I CHECK OUT AFTER I ADD MY ADDRESS?

This might be because we don't currently ship to your country. Contact us and we will do our best to help!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Yes - We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For more information, please read our Returns policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
